Had a root canal done at his office. Three weeks later, the tooth still hurt and infection was still there. Dropped in to get it checked and was prescribed some antibiotics. Since he had already prescribed antibiotics for the tooth twice before, I was skeptical if it would work.
Went to see an endodontist and was told the filling for the tooth was longer than it should have been. It went beyond the root and into the gum. Called Dr Lewis office to request a partial refund. He claimed the filling wasn't too long, it was the infection that ate away the root, and he would never issue a refund. After checking the x-ray pic taken right after the procedure with the endodontist, it turned out he was LYING about it, because the filling was too long at the time of the procedure.
The worse part was because of his failed root canal, I had to have an apicoectomy (cut the root of the tooth off) at the endodontist office. The dental insurance wouldn't cover it, because it requires a 6-month gap between the two procedures on the same tooth.
INCOMPETENT and DISHONEST! Bottomline - it is probably OK to use him for small things like routine cleaning. For things like root canal or bigger, go see somebody else.

After they checked with the insurance and stated that the treatment is covered 100%, they charged me 80% and they stated the insurance did not pay 100% as they expected!
The old receptionist was very good lady and she gave accurate estimates but the new lady does not give any exact estimate and that happened many times.
I don't recommend this place as they don't respect the patients.

Dr. Lewis has a great bed-side manner. I didn't even feel the shot, there was no pain. It was an all around great experience!! Go see him you won't be dissapointed.

This place is the best. They are all super nice and add an incredible personal touch. The place is state of the art, clean and upscale. This office is very professional and ran efficiently; I never have to wait. Overall I wouldn’t ask for anything more.

Love this place!! Staff is great and friendly and I always enjoy my visits to the dentist. Both my husband and I drive all the way from West Jordan because we love it so much.
