Springville Dentistry

We love EVERYONE at SD! From the front desk to the hygienists to the billing staff and of course, the doctors, are all incredible. The hygienists always remember us and are warm and friendly. The front desk staff lovingly accommodated one of my older children with extreme anxiety. They put her at ease instantly. They also alerted the hygienist and Dr. about her struggles who also created a safe environment for her.
SD fits my whole family of 6 in for cleanings at the same time every 6 months and have us out in no more than 30-45 minutes!
Dr. Marshall is the family favorite. He can relate to my teenage boys as well as their old mom. We always have things to talk about. He has refined his craft to the level that my 7 year old has even fallen asleep getting cavities filled with Dr. Marshall.

I was welcomed with open arms and treated with the best kind of customer service most people don’t get to experience. My mother recommended this place and also covered the cost and because of my loving mother this dentistry now has a customer for life in me and that’s because this is more than a dentistry.. it’s a family, And family is what matters most. Thank you all for helping change my life for the better. I can smile with confidence now.

For my cleaning today, I probably would have given 3 stars. And the only reason I am giving a review is because they sent me a text asking for one :). I don’t want to give a lower rating for the business as a whole because of one not-so-great experience - that wouldn’t be fair. In general, they are friendly, fair and efficient. I’ve had almost entirely good experiences. Today, I may have had a relatively new and less-experienced hygienist - no need to express details of my unpleasant visit publicly, but all in all I would definitely recommend Springville Dentistry.

Needed a place that I could trust because it was very important. A friend at work recommended Springville Dentistry. She had gone there and had a wonderful experience. Even though I didn't get the answer I wanted after the x-ray, I am glad I went there for a second opinion. The staff are professional and friendly. He could have told me what I wanted to hear and done the work charging alot of money. Instead he told me the truth. His mom did a really good job raising him!

My back molar would hurt after eating. Called and left a message to get an appointment. Received a call as soon as their offices opened. And they got me right in. Dr. Galbraith was available to see me and he found that a filling in my molar was loose. He got to fixing it right then. I sensed a feeling of excellence as Dr.Galbraith worked to fix my tooth. I am so grateful for his quick and professional work he did for me. His hygienist (didn’t get her name) was extremely kind and helpful as well. This whole dental office is amazing! Thank you!

Everyone at Springville Dentistry are nice, friendly, and do a great job. The one person that I don’t like is the office manager. One time I made an agreement to pay at least $100 a month on my bill. That afternoon she called my wife, said it wasn’t enough and had my wife setup an automatic withdrawal from our bank account for $200 each month. I was so upset I almost quit going there. The dentists and hygienists are great. It’s the one office manager I can’t stand.

They were quick an efficient. I will say Mckenzie was particularly thorough with her cleaning job. I've never had anyone who was a dental hygienist make 100% sure I have perfectly clean teeth. She did amazing! Just an overall great experience!

The staff is very professional and welcoming. Marci was very efficient with my cleaning and very friendly. My teeth looked brand new after my appointment. Dr. Marshall remembers details of me and my families life and makes you feel welcome and comfortable in the office.

The dental hygienist was super sweet and quick with me cleaning very talkative. The dentist seemed rushed and talked only to the hygienist didn’t really tell me what was going on with my teeth. Maybe I just caught him on a busy day but the office staff and the hygienist stuff are extremely nice and efficient

I was very pleased with Dr. Francis. He was very helpful with what I needed done. I live in Boise staying in Utah a week. I need some dental stuff done and was able to get right in to see Dr. francis. I would highly recommend his services wish I had a dentist like him in Boise.
