As an out of state patient, my timeline could’ve been problematic, yet Dr. Neilson and his staff went out of their way to create my gorgeous smile! Dr. Neilson explained the process and procedures thoroughly and provided me with the available options for the best results. The communication from his office manager was outstanding, clearly answering all of my questions. Today, my confidence level is high, and my smile is beautiful! Bloomington Dental is the most comfortable and professional dental office I have ever encountered. Our family has had the best experience with Bloomington Dental! I’m caregiver for two 80 yr old parents with Alzheimer’s and the care for them is wonderful, sweet and gentle. The same goes for our grandchildren, 8 and 4. My husband, adult children and I have always had a pleasant dentist visit as well.
I can’t say enough about the level of friendly, efficient service they provide.. especially when I have overextended my schedule and need to leave the elders and come back to get them when they are finished.
Seeing a dentist isn’t usually the most pleasant thing, but this office makes the whole process easy.

Excellent dental office overall. Ready to start at appointment time. Receptionist friendly and had the check-in ready upon my arrival. X-Ray technician and cleaning hygienist were efficient and Dr. Hansen is complete with his examination and assessment.

Great experience. Arrived on time to my appointment and was in for my cleaning within a few minutes. Holly did my cleaning and was very kind, professional, and thorough with my cleaning. Doctor Neilson came in and did a in depth check and helped me really understand my current dental health. I was in and out within 45-50 minutes. Very efficient! I would only trust Dr. Neilson!

I've been going to Bloomington Dental for years. Dr. Neilson and his staff are great to work with. They're kind, and explain what they're doing rather than just doing it. They get you in and out, but take whatever time you need to answer questions. Highly recommend them!

I am a couple years new to the area and hadn’t been established with a dentist yet and my mom referred me to Bloomington Dental, I was hesitant because I needed some invasive procedures done and have been putting it off. I finally made an appointment and everything was great from calling in to the actual oral procedures. The staff is so friendly and I felt right at home when I got there.
Dr Nielson is awesome, very good bedside manner and is so knowledgeable, I had so many questions and he made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what he was doing and the best part is their topical numbing was amazing and I felt zero pain during the procedures. Bloomington Dental is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Dr Neilson is fantastic.

Everyone was super nice. I had a tooth pulled and didn't even feel the numbing shot. I dont have insurance and they worked with me on the cost. I need alot of work in the future, and they are working with me on the price and payments. Very nice, very professional, amazing work & experience. The dentist is skilled and certified in several things so it's a one stop for everything from dentistry, implants, extractions, bridges, flippers, root canals, crowns, everything! Makes it so much easier! Very happy!

I had an appointment and went in with a toothache. They managed to take care of the original issue and the toothache even though they were fully booked. I am so grateful. They have incredible customer service.
