Dear Review Reader,
You have no reason to trust my opinion, but I have a lot to say about this dental office. Dental Center of St. George puts in a lot of effort to make its customers feel like family. When I walk into the dental office, I am welcomed by smiles and my name shouted. The feeling of a appointment is similar to seeing friends for the first time in a while. They do such a great job at this, that in other medical offices I've gone to, its been a bummer as they do not seem happy to see their customers by comparison. They have spoiled me.
But friendliness aside, they are also pretty great at their job. See, I put my teeth through the worst of it, I bake often, eat as many sour candies as possible, and I don't think I've ever met a ice cube I didn't chew. Given this, I've struggled my whole life with teeth woes. But this group of upstanding citizens have transformed my teeth from zeros to heros. I've been educated, repaired, and made better than ever.
They also are very understanding, patient and sensitive to a situation. See, im tough to numb, it takes a lot of effort, chemicals, and time to get this old goat to a point where i can take a drill without pain. They understand and wait for the right moment without pressure and are willing to assist where needed.
The only bad thing i have to say is that the one and only Jackie is retiring from the office soon, and its a loss not only to this office, but to the community. But I hope this message will inspire her to run for President.

Long story short (impossible) they were unable to get medicaid to cover work that they had done on me. ($240 ) I was not working at the time because of a high risk pregnancy. I was told that they would keep working on it and "let me know" -They then called me about 6 months later to schedule a follow up visit. I told the nice girl what was going on and that I was actually waiting to hear back if medicaid was covering anything and got an "oh okay then, ill look into that.".. 2 years later-with AGAIN no word from them I see on my credit report they have sent me to collections and I now owe a collection company over 1,000. I was obviously upset and confused and tried to call and work things out with them. The office manager, Jackie was very rude and basically treated me like someone that I am not and refused to work anything out with me. I went into the office to actually try and explain myself and again make things right. I talked with another lady because Jackie was out- She was very polite and seemed to think they could help me. WELL- No such luck, went in to talk to Jackie again and she was unbelievably rude and basically told me "good luck with collections." Thank you Jackie! I WILL NOT be paying 1200 even on a "payment plan" to anyone for 240 worth of work done. SO Thank you for Nothing Dental Center of St George and more specifically Jackie for being so helpful to this single mama!

If you are looking for a great and friendly dental facility, this is the place to go. They treat you like family and will take care of your needs! I had my very first crown done here and it was a great experience. The crown fits perfectly without an irritation or discomfort. They are the best!
