He is kind, professional and made her feel like he actually cared about her situation. He gave her some solutions and we got started on those. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! Don't waste your money!!!! Whole new staff!!!! Was told I have periodontal disease that would require surger and a cavity that would cost over $1000 to fill!!! Wanted me to sign a waiver, saying I refused service, & could suffer a heart attack or stroke, if I didn't proceed with treatment. Went to another, long-established dentist we know, & told, for my age - 73, my gums & teeth are in good shape, & I have no cavity.

My husband and I haven’t been to the dentist in forever because it’s too expensive, BUT Platinum Dental is so affordable! They really worked with us with the pricing and their membership plan is amazingly affordable. We have never been treated with such care and hospitality! I am not from this area and had a dental emergency. I caked 4 or 5 other dentist who wouldn't take the time to even look at me. Platinum Dental went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, even knowing that i was on vacation and that I wouldn't be coming back. What great service!
