Although the staff at this dentist office is nice and they get right to work, I have a few issues with the office. First off, their office hours are terrible. Only being open until 2pm most days is ridiculous. Most people work all day and don't have the luxury of just taking time off to go to the dentist. I've never seen a dentist office that isn't open until at least 5pm most business days. Secondly, I don't feel that they are very ethical here. My husband had some work done here and all seemed well until the teeth that had just been worked on developed new issues. He went in and told them what was going on and they said they would fix them with no charge. All was well with that until we were charged $550 for that same visit. When my husband went in to dispute the charge he was told that they did work on another tooth near the two they were fixing. No one told him explicitly what they were doing and there would be a charge for the extra work on the other teeth. He was also told that because he had signed the paper giving them permission to do the work there was nothing they could do about the charge. Needless to say we will no longer be doing business with this office. Not that they really care. Hopefully this review will warn others so they aren't screwed out of a rather large amount of money.
