Chase did an awesome job cleaning my teeth very professional. Thry are fairly priced. They got me in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend my friends and family use him.

Horrible, immoral, frauds! Insisted on charging me as an out of network patient even though they were in network and REFUSED to acknowledge it. They took over $1k from me up front and claimed they would have insurance process my claim and insurance would send a check directly to me which they DID NOT do, they set up the check to be sent TO THEM. I had to get my insurance company to read their office lady the riot act and ultimately I did report them to the State of Utah DOPL but the state really doesnt take on issues with the office and unethical practices. The procedure Dr. Frei did failed after 1 month as it was DONE wrong. I am disabled, I have limited resources,... they take advantage people if they feel they can. I am heavily reliant on medical professionals and these people have caused me a lot of pain and problems. This dentist went to BYU? Give me a break, you know better!!

Friendly and clean. Very nice people. Lacy cleaned my teeth and she did a great job. Dr Leavitt is really nice. He doesn’t do work if not really necessary. I have had dentists give me a list a mile long. I felt they were taking advantage of me. Not this place. Super fun people

Dr K Leavitt is awesome, excellent dentist, surrounds himself with good people, and if he refers you somewhere for something don’t hesitate, just go. He is caring and gentile if you are wondering.
