I looked at the reviews and noticed a one star…. What? They must have gone to a different office… Let me share my experience.
I came in for a cleaning. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist were amazing. Equipment was above par from what I’ve seen in the past. I had to bring my one year old and 3 year old with me while I was waiting for my wife to finish up. They didn’t seemed bothered at all and were very kind to them as well. As the hygienist and dentist were preforming each task they were very clear with everything they did. I knew what they were doing and the reasoning for it. I am seriously so glad I found this office! I plan for my entire family to be life time patients there. In fact, the experience was so good, when I was done and they gave me my bill I wanted to ask them where I could tip. They were amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Horizon Dental!

I love horizon dental. They have the best staff. It’s a high volume dental practice that’s very organized! Fast paced but do the diligence to make sure the work is done accurately. I’ll always come here while I live in Utah.

I went into this place because of their reviews but when I overheard the employees reminding each other to don’t forget to go on google and leave a five star rating review for our dentist. I knew right there and then that this place was not where I want to go for my dental needs. I walked out and not going back. Don’t be fooled by the google reviews. Companies these days will do anything for good ratings but the way their employees are in this office and just what i saw in there didn’t look like a place I would want to go to. Some not even wearing gloves during the procedures or when touching the tools. It’s a big NO!

This was my first time going to Horizon Dental. Very inviting when you go in, I just had to wait a few minutes maybe 10 minutes, but didn't mind enjoyed the couch and fireplace and fixer up show.
Went back and start right away with x-rays and James explained everything also did my cleaning. Called for the dentist came with in a couple of minutes. Went through everything and asked if I had any questions. Very nice and very easy on the eyes.
They also gave a welcome bag which I had never received from any dentist a very nice. Very calm relaxing place for a dentist. I'm not sure about the tv didn't get a chance to watch everything went so fast.

My husband, myself, and my cousin have been going to Horizon Dental since about 2014 and they’re always awesome. They are amazing at checking with your insurance and giving you a heads up. They always remind you of appointments. All the staff is fun, friendly, and efficient. Today was a particularly notable day as we had a sing along with the entire office while we were all getting our dental work done and it helped keep my mind off of the cavity I was having filled. I highly recommend them! They are very professional, but also keep the atmosphere light. We have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so!

Dental extraction took forever. However Dr was very patient no pain even though it was a big surgery but he kept leaving me in the chair to take care of other patients. I was sitting there with my mouth wide open and holes in gum from extraction. Open to all sorts of bacteria. Totally unacceptable treatment. Don't go there
