I’ve been going to Horizon Dental for 12 years or more. The staff is always friendly and professional. The office manager, Shay, is so great to work with on estimates or anything you need. Dr. Frandsen is excellent at his job and will take very good care of you.

The staff is always friendly and it amazes me how they can remember so many peoples name, so it never feels like you’re just there for them to make money off of and actually know you.
They explain the process step by step so you never feel like you have no idea what they are doing no matter if he a routine check up and cleaning or more in depth procedure.
Would highly recommend Horizon to anyone looking to switch dentist, or someone new to town looking for a new dentist altogether such as myself!

Honestly, the best customer service and advance dentistry services I’ve experienced. Extremely thorough and I believe they caught things that my previous dentist missed or overlooked. Very appreciative of the overall experience and personalized care taken during my visit and follow up as well. I’ll recommend them to friend and family. Thank you ☺️

I am beyond grateful I found this dentist. I originally saught out this place for my daughter, and I was super impressed how attentive and caring Dr. Frandsen and his staff were with her on the first visit. I went far too long without any work being done on my teeth and became quite self conscious of my smile. I finally built up the courage and scheduled an appointment. Even with all the issues I had with my teeth, Dr. Frandsen and his staff made me feel comfortable. He was able to map out a good dental plan that worked with my insurance and also didn't break the bank. I still have a ways to go, but I am so happy I'm taking on this smile journey with this team. Horizon dental has certainly won my loyalty.

SCAM! ITS SAD THAT THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! THEY TELL YOU ALL THESE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE THAT WASNT A PROBLEM BEFORE AT OUR LAST DENTIST. AND THAN AFTER QUOTING YOU ONE PRICE AND AFTER THE PROCEDURES THEY TELL YOU THEY HAD TO DO SOME EXTRA WORK AND ADD ON HUNDREDS MORE DOLLARS TO THAT QUOTE. BUT YET THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WANT PROOF OF THESE THINGS THAT THEY CLAIM THEY MADE US AWARE OF. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. GET A SECOND OPINION!!

Dr. Frandsen and his team are the best. I have been going to them for about 4 years now. I can honestly say that I don't mind going to the dentist now. They are so careful and they take good care of my teeth every 6 months. They always send me reminders when it gets close to my appointment to confirm. I don't think there is anything I dislike about Horizon Dental! Thank you for making my teeth feel so good!
