The staff at Horizon Dental are always friendly, and want to make sure your needs are met. Today was no exception, though my need was not ordinary. An inlay a prior dentist had put in came out while I was chewing some sticky food. They had an opening, and gave me the same courteous treatment they always give me, informing me of what they are doing and why throughout the process. After making sure any decay was treated, they re-attached the inlay and got me on my way. I highly recommend Horizon Dental.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. I needed a root canal. I didn’t know that there were specialist endodontists who only do only root canals. Instead of sending me off to on Endodontist to get it done right away. He gave me an antibiotic and some pain meds. He told me that he would have his receptionist call as soon as he had a cancellation. Waited a week and a half didn’t hear a word from them. After dealing with the severe pain. A friend told me to call an endodontist who got me in that day.

Fun, friendly atmosphere! It was my first time visiting Dr Frandsen's office and they made me feel like I had been going there for years. Dr Frandsen and his staff explained everything that was happening as they were doing it and we're knowledgeable with any questions I had. I was recommended by a co-worker and I can see why she enjoys Horizon Dental. I would refer any of my friends in a heartbeat.

Horizon dental always takes great care of me! I have been a patient for about 2 years. They are always well organized and thorough. Dr. Frandsen never seems rushed and is happy to address and concerns I may have. Kammy is my favorite hygentist. I always look forward to a great pain free cleaning with her. I would recommend Horizon Dental to my friends and family.

Definitely would not recommend this place. I noticed strange, fake vibes immediately. Went for a cleaning and checkup. The woman who cleaned my teeth did a terrible job. It seemed like she was skipping every other tooth. Not thorough at all. They also told me I had > $600 of cavities to be filled. Luckily i was smart enough to get a second opinion. The new dentist could tell my teeth had not been cleaned and treated properly. I also learned that i did not need that much dental work done. Ended up paying 1/5 of what i wouldve payed at horizon and dodged unnecessary discomfort. I do not recommend this establishment.
