It's by far the best dentist I've had. I had bad experiences in the past so my first time going to Horizon Dental I was scared. They did afantastic job that I really had no reason to be scared. My seconed time I was so calm. And once again, they did a fantastic job!

I was very surprised to see reviews on here that stated the staff was rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced a more friendly, professional, and caring staff. They listen to your concerns, respond appropriately, and do their very best to make you feel comfortable and safe. I have a great fear of dental work, and Dr. Frandsen and his team always do their best to take good care of me and see to my comfort during any procedures. I would never use another dentist, because Horizon dental does such an outstanding job. Flexible and easy to work with. I highly recommend Horizon Dental, Dr. Frandsen and his amazing staff.

These guys are simply the best and I'm so lucky to have found them! I have always struggled getting numb for fillings and have dreaded getting them. Dr Frandsen is always so patient and works with me until I'm comfortable and all numbed up. The entire team is very caring and will do what's needed to keep me at ease. Love them!!!

Went to this clinic for years, I enjoyed the personable nature of Dr. Frandsen and his employees were always nice. I went there last time and got a routine filling. After the filling I left and one month later I got a call from a collection agent. Now why wouldn't you have one of your three receptionists call and give me friendly reminder that the payment is due? I understand that I made the mistake, but everyone's mind slips. It was for like $80. Instead you pay the collector, and lose a lifelong customer. Thanks a lot for your customer loyalty.

Made an appointment for today, waiting in the lobby they hand you a contact to sign. The contract they need you to sign is so broad that they are absolved of any wrong doing regardless of how careless they are. I asked to not sign it or not agree to the last paragraph, the dentist refused.
If they need to hide behind a overly broad contact something is up.

Dr. Franssen and his team are the total best. I wish I could remember the girls that help me out over there. Because they're the best too. My family and I go there all the time, I won't go anywhere else. I'm surprised I haven't made a comment earlier, though we have been going there for years. Thanks for being the best In what you do.
