I took my son (8) in for a Consultation and had the best customer service! The front desk, the assistant and the Orthodontist Dr. Jolley were all really great. Dr. Jolley was not quick to do work on my child's mouth and instead chose to wait so that we didn't have to do more than was necessary. HIGHLY recommend!

It's always so fun to visit Dr.Jolly's office. My kids have just loved having him as their orthodontist. His office is warm and personal. They make having braces fun! BTW he's awesome with adults too. Although I no longer have my braces on my experience was fantastic.

Finally, after 15 years of waiting and two and a half years of braces for a second time, I LOVE my smile. This is all thanks to Dr Jolley and his amazing staff! All of the Ortho assistants are professional but know how to have a good sense of humor and sympathize with what your going through with your teeth. The receptionists are so kind, caring and helpful! We took our daughter in for an early evaluation. We found out a palette expander was needed because her mouth was so small and all of her adult teeth wouldn't fit when it was time for them to come in. She has now gone through that part of the treatment and is doing great. She loves the staff and always wants to make sure and wear her t-shirt so she can receive a free shake from Sonic!
