We have been so impressed with the staff at white smiles. From the time we walk in the door, the receptionist are helpful and friendly. The hygienist’s have been patient with kids and explain what they are going to do to my little ones and my nervous kid. This goes a long way for us, because my kids don’t dread going to the dentist knowing that they are in good hands. One of our kids has had some cavities and work done in the office and Dr. White did great work on her. We alternate between Dr. Lance and Dr. White because my kids don’t have a preference and feel comfortable with both, which is exactly what you want as a parent. We are glad they are in Vernal and feel confident in their care.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I was incredibly nervous to have my toddler put under anesthesia for dental work, terrified is probably a better word to describe it. While it was very minor work that he needed, we knew we didn’t want to let it get worse and have a bigger issue on our hands later.
Dr. Lance and the rest of the team were so patient and comforting to me while I was panicking a little bit. They were very understanding and I appreciated that.
The anesthesiologist, Tony Harward was also amazing. He talked to my son and told him a story while he put him under and my son was so calm and relaxed (way more than I was).
It’s a wonderful group of people here and they really care about the kids they treat.

Over the years, I’ve struggled finding a dentist that I liked for my children. Our insurance gave us limited options, but we decided to try Dr Lance at White Smiles and we are really happy we chose him. He seems like a genuinely kind and caring guy. He was honest with me, without seeming judgmental about how much work my kids need done. I don’t feel like he is trying to do extra work that isn’t needed just to make extra money (like some seem to do). The staff was great with all of my different aged kids and their individual needs. I’m excited to finally find a local dentist that we all enjoy!
