Average Care and Experience, not terrible but not 5 star. Definitely room for improvement. I think they could be far more careful and consider more options. The dentists are better than the techs, but one tech jabbed the floss way up in my gum, very hard and told me it was bleeding. She just was not that careful with the procedure. There's more, but I just wanted to make the point it's not a perfect practice as others describe, but they are not bad either.

We love felt family dentistry! They are awesome! They were so gracious with me and my kiddos today, since I had to bring them along for my appointment. They gave them awesome prizes and one of the hygenists hung out with them for a bit while I was finishing up with my cleaning. My four year old feels right at home here, which is amazing since he is usually really scared and reserved most places. Super friendly, professional, and kind staff and Dr. Hanks is wonderful.Thanks for always making it a great experience. I'm one happy momma 😄
