Unethical billing practices... WILL NOT GO BACK... I was under financial hardship when a dental emergency occurred. So I got in contact with my Bishop at the time and he said he would help get it taken care of. He called Jordan Landing smiles and scheduled an appointment for me.
I went in filled out the paper work. They took me back seated me and looked at the damage. They assessed what needed to be done, the cost was pretty high. I said before you do any work get this approved from my bishop.
They left the room; went and called my bishop he approved the coverage. They performed the work. My bishop sadly did not pay the bill after agreeing to take care of it. So Jordan Landing Smiles put me into collections for something they agreed to work with my bishop on. And are attempting to garnish my wages.
I have made a complaint with the BBB and the UDA (Utah Dental Association)

Their front desk staff need to get it together. I was given a copy of what my portion of the bill would be and after the appointment I was charged an extra 95.00 on top of what they had previously quoted. When I showed my copy of the agreement that was previously made, the staff response was, "Oh, the girl made a mistake." If you can't honor what you tell your customers, then you shouldn't be in business.

Just took my 3 year old son, Noah, for his 2nd dentist appointment ever. The staff made it so fun and such a pleasant experience that he asked me when we can go back. Thanks for the kindness and extra effort .

DON’T EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. By far the worst service I’ve ever received at any place, they scam you out of money secretly and by far the worst receptionist and service I’ve ever received from anywhere!! I had a really bad tooth ache I went In and asked if they took my insurance and let them know I don’t want any services done until I know my insurance would work they took me In the back to have the dentist look at my tooth and said everything was fine with my insurance then took an X Ray of my tooth and then after said actually looking into this your insurance doesn’t work here.
They billed me over 150.00 and I didn’t even get my tooth fixed and now it’s doubled in pay and tried to work with them they put in collections.
