West Jordan Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I am TERRIFIED of Dentists and have had some pretty bad experiencs elsewhere. I went in to have a tooth looked at and ended up needing a root canal and crown. Everyone was so amazing. They kept me calm, walked through my concerns, helped with financing, and were able to do the root canal and crown at the same time. Everyone was SO nice! They explained everything as it happened, made sure I was comfortable and took the extra time to make sure everything looked correct. I absolutely loved the environment and how kind, calming and amazing every person there was. I found my new Dentist and a place I feel comfortable going to, which says so much. I would recommend them to anyone. I cannot say enough good things about them and my experience.

I’ve been to their office 3 times. Twice for basic cleanings and once for a crown. No complaints about the quality of their actual work, but the wait times were always extremely long. It seems they don’t coordinate anything so in between the X-ray and cleaning I waited 20 mins and between the cleaning and seeing the dentist the wait was 30 mins. I don’t have 2 hours for a basic cleaning so I’m going to look for a new dentist

Went and didn’t feel judgment due to my mental health. They were amazing, caring and understanding. They explained everything that needed to be done, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend!

I have been going here for about 10 years but the past year or so seems like the place is shutting down little by little. Today I was there for an orthodontist appt with my daughter and I so disgusted on how dirty it was. It’s a dentist place why and how can it be dirty? The front desk ladies aren’t the most welcoming either. Would it hurt to say how can I help you or good bye as your leaving? I’d I used to like it and I would recommend it. Now I’m just waiting for my daughters braces to come off so I don’t have to go there anymore.

I haven't been so disappointed in a dental office than this one. I am 60 years old and do not generally complain and give negative reviews unless very deserved. These dentists and facility is of very poor standards. I've had to pay over 3000.00 for work that was very much faulty. They did not stand by there work and gave me a dozen reasons why their not at fault.
I do not recommend this dentistry for anyone.

It was the worse, my teeth move a lot after the treatment and they didn’t give me any help on that, they dont do their work right I went with different dentist and i feel better.
Please dont go there are better places

I have been coming here for years but there service and wait time has gotten worse over the years. I have been rescheduled several times at the last minute after taking time off work. There is alot of staff turnover which is concerning. I am officially over the inconvenience and decided to find another dentist.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am and have always been terrified of dental work due to horrible experiences. I had to go in for an emergency root canal yesterday and immediately, they made sure I was at ease. Dr. Goodall and Dr. Tran are absolutely magic! The whole team is! Even the office manager went out of her way to ease my nerves. I have to get a lot of work down the line but I can honestly say, I’m excited to finally fix all of my teeth because I know I couldn’t be in better hands. I cannot thank this whole staff enough. Made what could’ve been a horrible experience extremely pleasant and fast. If you need a lot of great work done, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO! Thank you again to the team. A+ in every aspect.

Terrible experience. They always switch up dentists on me. Besides Goodell, their other dentists are substandard. I will be finding a different provider.

I was kind of scared to go into a dentist on my own. But when I walked in there they treated me as if I'm family. They're so friendly and amazing at their work. I don't usually recommend places but I feel as if this needs to be heard. Thanks to their amazing staff I feel at home there. 10/10.
