Going to the dentist has always been awful for me. Honestly, I'd rather clean the bathroom after my 4 boys, but I absolutely LOVE West Jordan Modern Dentistry! Dr. Goodell is my favorite dentist I've ever had. She and her staff take such amazing care of my family. We are treated more like friends than patients. They are kind and thorough in their exams and treatment. They always go over costs and options. They have convenient hours and I love that they have same day service available. Love this place!!!!

This group is always upselling what you need. They have pushed an implant every time I have gone there. Their bed side manner is really good at this place. They are very nice but I am more interested in quality work for an honest price. I went elsewhere to do some work and I didn't even get a root canal (and of course not the implant) but a filling at another dentist. I have heard the material they use for printing your tooth is Chinese junk. This tends to be the case with a lot of the dentists that print crowns. I don't think they mean to, but they aren't thinking of material quality. This group is all about making money and not about quality of work.

This place rocks! Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable as possible no matter what your procedure is or what your situation is. Never ever had a bad experience there. Would recommend this place to anybody who needs a dentist. Don’t worry about being nervous or scared because they make you feel as comfortable as possible!

Beware!! The office staff and x-Ray technician were great, but the dentist -Kerri Smith, exaggerated how much treatment I needed. She said I needed root-plaining on my entire mouth. That just didn’t sound right to me. Also, I had a regular cleaning scheduled and they didn’t even have a hygienist there that day. I paid for a the exam, x-Ray, and cleaning, but didn’t get the cleaning. They wanted me to pay $800 for the fancy cleaning. Horrible service. I just got back from my dentist in Idaho who said that isn’t what I need at all. He said Utah dentists have a bad reputation for up-selling their patients or just making up treatment recommendations. I am very frustrated with the recommendations I received from this office. Please be careful so you don’t get ripped off.

Very competent and amazing dentists. They take great care of my entire family, and we definitely love them over our last dental team. Would recommend 💯 percent!

Dr. Burr and his staff are caring and efficient. He took the time to consult with me about my oral health and options for treatment. I had my first root canal and crown, and Dr Burr made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. Everything I needed was handled in one appointment, and everything was done correctly and not rushed. I felt like fixing my tooth was their priority instead of getting things done quickly to get more patients seen. The wait time has always been minimal, and the hygienists and office staff are competent and pleasant.

In a word; Outstanding! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist made me feel comfortable.
They have all the latest cutting-edge equipment. Dr. Goodell was very genuine and knew the best approach for the care I needed. She didn’t pressure me, but instead offered options that would provide the best solution for me. They have all the specialists in one office I will ever need. I would highly recommend West Jordan Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for the best
results (including cosmetic dentistry) in a relaxing and affordable environment.

Dr. Goodall was amazing! Both my husband and I have had great experiences with her. She’s extremely thorough and you can tell she’s a perfectionist—something I appreciate. She’s gentle and kind with good bedside manner. I also appreciate that every effort is made by the office to communicate what they feel needs to be done, and what it will look like/cost before they proceed with any work. I’ve been blindsighted by dentist bills before, so I really appreciate this level of communication and transparency. The pediatrics office is also great with my two kids. They’re always excited to go to the dentist, which speaks volumes.

Dr. Goodell is easily one of the best and most thorough dentist I’ve ever had! She has a great bedside manner, doesn’t work so fast that you feel like she doesn’t care or causes unneeded pain, but is also efficient. I get the feeling that she treats every patient as if they are her family!

The staff here is great too, and they did a good job of explaining my cost VS insurance coverage, and some options for what I needed. My wife and I are very pleased so far with the work we’ve had done, and can’t say enough about Dr. Goodell!
