Went in for a check up and cleaning. They did a check up did not do a cleaning and told me it would cost me $3000 to schedule another one appointment to get a cleaning. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

The snobbery is real when you reach one of the secretaries at this office. Like they are snooty to people wanting to become customers. They treated me like I wasn't good enough. Their attitudes were uppity. And yes this is not the first time I have called this office. Because they are close by. They don't actively listen and when you state you have an emergency with tooth pain they treat it like just another tooth check up that can wait several days. They also don't call people back after several voicemails to see about becoming a customer. I will not be becoming a customer. Because your office has horrible customer service on the front end. So I won't ever give the dentists at the office a chance now.

I am heart broken I have loved and live in west valley as I trident I enjoy visiting the local business to patronize there establishments also to refine my social ability demille Mackay has a great location around several other wonderful small business and restaurants I was greated by a staff member screaming in front of other customers for me to ( get out) it was embarrassing I made a exit and went to another establishment local law enforcement arrived to inform me I was no longer welcome and being traspassed and cited my personal property was confiscated being under arrest in handcuffs for a desire to have good oral hygiene and subjected is a negative experience I hope to one day overcome what has demille Mackay dental done for the local community as a local small Business are they even residents of west valley?

Had a filling done by Dr. Parker DeMille. Fast, efficient, friendly, and I didn't feel a thing. I can't even tell which tooth he fixed!
I also had a cleaning, but the lady's name escapes me unfortunately. She was also very fast, friendly, and efficient.

Been treated here for over 25 years!! l live in Spanish Fork, there are, plenty of dentist in my area and l rather drive an hour to experience great treatment, friendly staff and outstanding doctors, doctors and staff keep up the great job!! Dr. Demille, Doris, Rachel, and the rest of the amazing staff at DeMille Mackay Dental literally saved my 14yr old daughters entire mouth! My daughters teeth were, well as far as we knew, they were beyond un-saveable, especially her top front 6 teeth! We had been to several "specialty" dentists before finding this place! We were given estimates that would make any one drop to the ground in sheer shock! We were positive that we were going to have to take out some kind of mortgage, because ofcourse, a gorgeous 14yr old girl needs her beautiful smile (no matter the cost 😬)! Anyway, looong story short, Rachel worked with us with the financial part, she was so caring, understanding, and non judgemental, not to mention very good at her job, we were able to work out payments which was a godsend! And then barely a month later, my gorgeous daughter now has the perfect smile to go along with her perfect face! We, as our daughters parents, could not be happier! Dr. DeMille was willing to go above and beyond, and Doris could not have made things run any smoother! So I, not only wanted to leave this review for others in similar situations, but also wanted to publicly thank Dr. DeMille, Doris, Rachel and the entire rest of the staff, for the amazing work that they did, but also for how wonderful they are to work with! Embarrassed about your teeth? There's no judgment here! I'm positive there is no other dental place like this one!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! 😁❤🦷🦷🦷❤😁
