Let me start off by stating that the Dr., and the dental assistants are fabulous. I had a horrible experience with Rachel at the front desk. She absolutely refused to fix an error on my bill, threatened me with collections, also threatened to have the police remove me if I were to come in the office to speak to someone else, then hung up on me when I became understandably upset. As long as Rachel works there, I will never go back. She seriously needs to consider a different line of work.

My husband and I have been patients for years! The staff is always friendly and accommodating! They provide the basic cleaning all the way to high end services. We have always loved their conservative approach to our care.

I have been going to Dr. Mackay for over 20 years. I went to his father and now him. He is the only dentist that I trust. If you have a really hurt/aching tooth he is extremely careful not to hurt you and if you have any complications he'll get you in right away. I'm very appreciative of him and his staff and love the new updated West Valley location. I recommend Dr. Mackay!

Dr Mackay was amazing. Probably the best dental experience I have had and I am not a fan of having to go to the dentist. Root canal and multiple crowns and he was gentle, thorough and kind. Even fixed a cosmetic issue at no charge so i would feel better. He explained anything i wanted to know. I highly reccomend him!!

Watch out for these guys. They over diagnose on gum disease and then try to rip you off with multiple visits. I went there because they were a provider on my insurance but I got dinged with extra charges and surprise billing, all because they put more emphasis on their bottom line than they do on the patient. They had signs about wearing masks but they conveniently forget about other patients when someone comes in without one.

Dr. Mackay is great! He's friendly and completely no pressure. His staff checks your insurance and makes sure everything is understood before going forward. There are no surprises. They also have all the technologies in their office so wait time for crowns and such is none.

I went here about 9 months ago and left a 5 star review for them since they said they would give me a discount if I did(most likely where their positive reviews are coming from) but after the root canal it never felt right and several months later I started feeling pain again. Was thinking about calling them but my wife told me to go to hers. After going to a different dentist he told me I had to go to an endodontist to fix all of DeMille MacKays mistakes and have the root canal done again properly. After getting everything done I'm much happier with my new dentist who is better and cheaper than DeMille Mackay.
