I agree with the other comments about Racheal. She needs customer service lessons. I had called several times to discuss a billing issue. After calling back today and refusing to go back on hold she comes on the line to say she had the answer to my question. When I asked why she hadn’t called me back this was her response “because of reasons that are non of your business.” She then said they were busy and trying to hire people. What happened to customers first. It would have taken 3 minutes to call me back. Too bad, because my entire family liked the dentist and hygienists. She does not represent the culture of the rest of the office. Good thing Utah has a lot of dentist offices, I am confident we will find one that cares about us as customers.

Been a patient for 4 yrs, everyone in the office is super friendly! I’ve never had a problem with anyone or anything. If you’re looking for a new dental place, I highly suggest coming here.

We are really happy with our dentist. The receptionist is nice and they are almost allways on time. The kids dont even know what is going on. My daughter had a shot and didn't even know it. I also called around on prices because we don't have dental insurance and they had better prices that most.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They scam peoples insurance, double bill for a simple teeth cleaning. $1,100 in collections for 3 children cleaning. This place is a complete rip off. Worst dental office in Utah

I have been coming here for several years now even when the Dad used to work here. They are very proficient in cleaning my teeth and also very patient with me. I haven’t had any major problems with my teeth quite yet but would definitely recommend this place especially if you live closeby!

Best dental clinic EVER! I have had Cerec at other locations. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. DeMille has done 2 implants. SUPER happy and recommend them without reservation whatsoever.

My daughter broke her front tooth in half at a Halloween party. Dr Parker DeMille fixed it and it looks AMAZING! I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't her real tooth! This office is so great and friendly!

Starting with this dentist was good the actual work was not bad and they tried correcting a tooth pain I had started to get after a root canal. The down part tho. I still have the pain and was told only way to really figure it out is to re-do the work and would haft to get charged again. The really bad part is there billing. It's a joke. Several attempts to pay my bill and kept getting the person that takes payments is not in we will have her call you back. After a game of me calling multiple times and no calls back. Got sent to collections. And had to pay the stupid fee becuse they wouldent just own there mistakes and take responsibility for there own actions left me finaly paying my bill and paying over 200$ for the collection fee. Even tho I had tried to pay my bill multiple times. Save your self the hassle go somewhere that can take your payments or this place needs to get a better billing department

Mackay Dental is hands down second to none! They have wonderful receptionists and the dental assistants do a great job making you feel comfortable. The dentists are very thorough and treat you with respect. I would recommend Mackay Dental for all your dental needs!
