Dr. Joe and his staff are all so welcoming, professional, and kind. We moved to the area looking for a dentist for the family and this office has provided excellent care for my husband and myself, as well as our young son. Our son was very cautious of going to the dentist and they were all kind and aware. For his cavities he felt nervous and they let me stay with such human understanding. I appreciate the balance of warmth and welcome along with such seasoned solid professionalism. This is a great office. 10/10 recommend for just yourself, if looking for an adult office, for your child, or the whole family.

I don't have much to compare them to as I grew up going to the same dentist for years back home. I recently moved up to VT after living in MA my whole life. I had new insurance and needed a new dentist. I called their number and I was met with kindness and patience. I was able to quickly confirm my new insurance would cover my visits. From my first call with them to my first cleaning recently I have had a great customer service experience. They are a well run dentist office with kind staff, a clean facility, and they are easily accessible. If you are new to Burlington or simply looking for a new dentist I highly advise you make an appointment. I'm looking forward to my next visit in 6 months! 😊

Dr. Kropf is the best dentist I've ever had by far. Super professional. Incredibly good work. I just got a crown and a filling on the front of one of my front teeth. My mouth has never felt so good. He's also really sensitive to his patients' comfort. I could not recommend him more enthusiastically. Great staff too.
