Fiddlehead Dental

I have been going to Fiddlehead Dental for years and so has my family. I can't say enough about how well they take care of our teeth. Dr. Lynda and Dr. Chuck and their entire staff make you feel so welcome and at home. It definitely is a family friendly environment and I highly recommend Fiddlehead Dental to anyone!!!

I have been going to Fiddlehead Dental myself since I came to Vermont in high school. Since that time, my husband and both children have also been patients. Dr Lynda and Dr Chuck are more than just great dentists...they are friends. Dental work is my least favorite thing to have done, but I wouldn't have anybody else do it for me. Not only do we know the staff by name, but they also know us by name, in and out of the office. We would never hesitate providing their name as a referral.

I've never had a bad experience going here for my dental care. The staff is warm and welcoming, and there is distinct family feel to the atmosphere that is incredibly rare in a healthcare setting. Some dentist offices judge or lecture their patients, but I've never encountered that here. They take a team approach to treating what is wrong, and each patient is looked at as a person and not just a clinical case. I used to go to a dentist closer to home, but I found Fiddlehead and the extra travel is something I've never regretted. For those of you who can't stand the dentist, Fiddlehead is your answer to that problem.

I grew up going to a family-run dentist office. It was comfortable and reassuring knowing you weren't just a number. Since I moved to St. Albans, about ten and a half years ago, I was unsure I'd find a dentist with that same more-than-a-number feel. In Fiddlehead, I have found just that. Your hygienist becomes more like a friend (mine happens to be a very close friend), and when Dr. Chuck or Dr. Lynda come check in, they know/remember about you and your life. I recommend Fiddlehead to anyone in search of a dentist.

Going to a dentist has never been a fun place to go to . Then I found Fiddlehead Dental and that all changed . The whole atmosphere left me calm , confident and ensured that they really cared about their clientele. Both Dr. Lynda and Dr. Chuck are great and everyone there makes you feel important . Now I enjoy going there as they met everything one would want . Great service , great people and a super atmosphere !!!! 😁

I just had my teeth cleaned by Jessie. She is amazing - pleasant, skilled, kind, understanding and thorough. My teeth feel wonderful. I do not have easy teeth to clean as I am older and I also have lots of crowns. But Jessie is patient and explains things as she goes. She has been cleaning my teeth for several years now. I credit her with keeping my plaque down, and mouth and teeth healthy.

I am now missing three teeth that were not in pain when I walked into thier office. During preparation for the three crowns I had allowed them to perform they had hit the pulp on each and had not told me. Trauma and pain was from an unknown source until while I had temporary's on two she threw the towel in and sent me elsewhere where they took an image of the exposed pulp when they removed the temporary.
The initial tooth that she placed a crown on has now after a year broken completely off. The trauma to the nerve from the exposed pulp caused need for a root canal through that crown, causing it to break.
I paid for all three less than 3 yrs ago and no longer have any of them in my mouth and am going through the process of restoration of these.
I walked into her office with these three teeth in tact and no pain, and at the end of the day the loss of 3 teeth, pain, and $15,000 less than when I walked in, with the anticipated additional costs of at least $12,000 for the implants that will be needed (one of which is requiring a nasal lift surgery).

Our family has been so fortunate to have such a dedicated team of Dentists and staff in Northern Vermont. We have had the pleasure of being their clients for the past 21 years. Throughout that time we have learned how to take care and keep our teeth and mouths in excellent condition. Dr. Lynda and Dr. Chuck are true professionals who take immense pride in their dental work. They are both compassionate about helping people achieve their dental goals. They personally follow up after procedures. The entire staff is amazing. It's easy to tell they enjoy working at Fiddlehead Dental and have invested their time and energy into delivering excellent care to all their patients. This is the first time I experienced such a Home like environment - the way the entire office is built and organized. Staff is very professional and supportive in any ways. I am very pleased with the quality of my treatment because of highly skilled doctors and dental assistants, new technology and materials. I was given the detailed review of my teeth status with digital technology and thorough explanation of all my options and priorities. I also tried Whitening of my teeth recommended by Dr. Lynda. It worked very well, and thank you, Lynda, for your follow-ups on my questions and for providing sincere and helpful information.
