I just started going to this Dentist Office last week. I am already very impressed.
Every staff member was very friendly and happy to assist me, including help with paperwork and explaining what was going on with my teeth. They found cavities and were quick to schedule a follow up appointment.
Aka, I didn't have to wait longer than a week.
The office is following great COVID precautions. Masks, temperatures, etc. I highly recommend!

Dr Kim is very friendly and her staffs are very caring and friendly. Dr Kim is wonderful! I had cleaning done twice by her, and both experiences were painless! She took time to carefully assess my issue with my old filing, made a deliberative plan (replace it with a crown), and explained her process each step of the way. Her down to earth personality, professionalism, and calm demeanor quickly melted away my anxiety. Great skill and great care is sometimes a rare combo with healthcare pros. A patient gets that with Dr. Kim!

This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever tried. Everyone is friendly and it’s genuine not forced. The teamwork of the staff impressive to watch. They seem to enjoy working together and that is always good for the clients. They seem very competent at what they do. Good equipment, very clean, etc. It’s just a well run organization with a very human, personal touch. I’m not surprised that they have such consistently good reviews. Knowing they are there actually makes me want to go to the dentist!

This is a long review and I don't give 5 stars often. I like to consider myself a very informed patient. I try to inform myself about every procedure im going to have done on my body or my mouth. And I am the same with my family's care. So when I recently decided to switch from my dentist of 14 years
(who is a great guy and who I adore) because his approach seemed to be costing me pain in the long run, my friend recommended Blessed Smiles as a long standing patient of theirs. I am currently without insurance for a few months after opting out of my insurance (stupidly) after my dentist said all was fine. Turns out I needed a crown awhile back from grinding AND I now need a root canal. Blessed Smiles fit me in essentially the same day I called. Literally THE SAME DAY. And here are all the wonderful things about this practice: To start - the front desk. Samantha is AWESOME. She's just great. She made me feel like I had been a patient for years. Easily the friendliest, warmest person to answer the phone at a dental practice ever. She really puts you at ease. (I should preface with the fact that i am nervous about all surgeries after having double jaw surgery and a bad recovery.) 2nd - the high tech equipment. My dentist, who works at a large, expensive, practice with multiple offices, doesn't even have this. It is clear that this practice keeps up to date with the latest technology in the field. The scanner to take a periapical photograph is very different from what I've seen at other practices. There's other technology in the office too which is pretty cool. And it kinda makes me want to hang out AT THE DENTIST. Even the guy taking the xray was so sweet. 3rd - the doctors. I was able to see the endodontist briefly and after reading up on her, she has quite the resume. Graduated from U Penn which is a top 10 dental school. And teaches at UMD while maintaining a clinical practice at a few offices in Northern VA. Also Dr. Aileen Chyn Kim popped her head in to say hello. She too has great credentials and a personality and bedside manner to go with it. Nearly 200 ZocDoc reviews- 96% of them 5 stars. Thats a big deal whe you compare to other dentists. Dr. Kim even called me after business hours when she had had a chance to go over everything with the endodontist to discuss a possible treatment plan and possible options. She was so patient with all of my questions over the phone about the surgery and so kind because I am a worrier. She is not pushy either. She was more than fine with me using the endodontist I had originally scheduled my surgery with before I got the recommendation to see Blessed Smiles. She even spoke so highly of him and said he was an expert in his field. And THAT, is a real marker of an honest doctor in my opinion. That sealed the deal for me in terms of moving from my dentist. She didn't try to sell me on her endontist. With all the expenses and marketing in the medical field - if you can find someone who is honest and genuine - because there are SOOOO few people you can trust nowadays in the medical field. You need to find someone you trust not to over recommend what you dont need or UNDERRECOMMEND and cost you later. I felt this when she called me right after close to go over options with me. And finally, Blessed Smiles are incredibly affordable for the area as well for all their services. All around 5/5. And I should add that I pushed back my original surgery to schedule a full evaluation with Dr. Kim Monday because I am considering moving forward with the surgery at this practice instead, after meeting this team - that is how wonderful of an experience I had on my first meeting with this practice. I thanked my friend all afternoon for referring me.

I was so pleased with this dentist that I tried for the first time last week. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Hours were accommodating and services were affordable for people who don't have dental insurance. I felt like I received excellent and thorough care from the hygienist and Dr. Kim. Both were very knowledgeable, gentle, and the office seemed well equipped with the latest technology. Try Blessed Smiles! You won't regret it.
