Little sweat droplets were streaming down the side of my face and I was gripping my keys tighter as I walked closer to the office. I can hear the drills and I can smell the peppermint flavored toothpaste from outside. I had a second thought to turn around and never return, but as I walked closer, I see bright smiles of sunshine beaming towards me. It’s so inviting. I’m curious. So, I entered the office, I felt like a queen greeted right away and was served papers on a silver plate (clipboard…but whatever) to fill out my information. They didn’t want to waste my time and took me back earlier than the time I was assigned. I was guided by a very friendly & sweet hygienist... they call her Mai. She can smell the fear and nervousness, so she used a technique called” Talkthesia”. She asked me questions to ease my mind and made me feel comfortable. As I’m sitting in my throne, I’m also preoccupied with a large TV screen with Netflix playing, it felt like home. As Mai started the cleaning, I was fearing for the jabs to the gums, however her sweet gentle touch made the cleaning perfect. She informed me some of her concerns, but assured that she will keep a look out and I knew right then and there we became best friends. As she went to get Dr. Yang, I was thinking the worst. A villain walking in with an evil laugh while his drill loudly screeching. Instead, he was nice gentleman, very caring and soft spoken, asking me how I’m doing and if I had any questions and concerns that was discovered while my teeth had a spa day with Mai. And who said chivalry was dead? During his exam, he made sure I felt comfortable and would inform me the same concerns that needed to be taken care of as well as gave me a few solutions. He exited with grace and then there was my best friend Mai, ready to make a follow up appointment to take care of the issues. As I was exiting, I was informed of a thorough breakdown of costs for my next appointment and was also given a goody bag to treat myself for coming in, however what they don’t know is that the experience had been a treat itself. I walked outside proud and heroic. It was a very pleasant visit and I’m very happy I chose this office.

This has been the only doctor I’ve kept since moving to this area! They are super polite, happy to see you, and do great work. They are also very honest. They will tell you up front the cost for any service they recommends and they offer payment plans if necessary. Absolutely, no question, best dentist I’ve ever had!

This place is amazing. The office is renovated and so clean. Dr. Kim is amazing!! Love her. Parisa did my cleaning and did an excellent job. They pay attention to every detail. They clean clean your teeth like it’s their own teeth. My 4 year old was being princessy and difficult but they did so good with her. She left the office with a big smile on her face. ❤️

Honestly, my first experience here was not stellar. But, you can really see the character of a place when things go wrong. And things went very wrong at first but, between the administrative staff and the medical staff, they were amazing. I have never had such a positive dental experience, these people care! I suppose things will not always go as planned but, I feel like here I can rest assured that either way I will be receiving top notch quality dental care.

Dr. Chin is amazing. So compassionate, so caring, so professional. Dr. Mina is exactly the same way. All of the hygienists and dental assistants are well-trained and very gentle and personable. I drive 30 miles from Haymarket just to see these people.

Find Dr Aileen was blessed in my life I was always So scar of dentist, so many bad experience trying to find the right Dr, with so many problems with my Teeth’s is and Dr Aileen work with me step by step , with patience and confidence,now my husband move to her office to. Thank you to all her team but special to Ann always so nice and helpful.

Everything was straight-forward. The building is nothing special; but the waiting room is comfortable, with beverages, the admin staff were well organized and anticipated the appointment; the x-rays were the modern kind, the cleaning was appropriate, accommodating, comfortable, and the exam seems to have been performed well. Necessary communication, a bit of chit chat, and getting the job done well.

Each experience is 5-stars. From reception to checkout, everyone is personable and professional.

Aileen is a great dentist, very friendly. Cleanings here were quick and painless. Instead of just using the little metal tool you always see, she also uses a high pressure water tool. There's a lot less pain and the end result seems to be the same.

What an awesome experience! From the front desk clerk, dental hygienist to the Doctor, everyone was simply amazing. I was referred to this location by a friend, and they certainly did not disappoint.
