I am a new patient to Costa Dentistry l, and I’m so happy that I have found this place here in the Brambleton Town Center. From the lovely staff at the front desk, to the wonderful Lauren the hygienist who came out to greet me right away. The entire staff is amazing especially Doctor Kim. I recommend this dentist office to everyone honestly, great service, super clean, and they have the best dentistry equipment with the latest technology.

Erica, my hygienist, went out of her way to customize my experience. But she didn't do this just for me--this is standard service with this practice. Absolutely the first time I have ever felt like I actually have choices in my medical and dental care. Could I actually be looking forward to a procedure just so I can feel empowered again?? Dr. Browning, hearing that I appreciate the details, offered a follow up meeting to discuss options in my treatment plan. This team is sensitive and truly concerned about the customer experience. In this day and age, you can't find service like this anymore. Great team and great facility!

Everyone at this practice is just amazing. We see Dr. Konz and LOVE him. He is just an amazing human being and a great dentist. He has a way of making the kiddos (and parents) feel at ease which makes the experience enjoyable. My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist and I attribute this to the people who work there and the environment they’ve created! They are incredibly flexible, accommodating and I’ve never had any issues getting seen!

The people at Costa were wonderful. My mom, brother and I last went to a dentist we didn't have such a good experience with, but the staff here was wonderful from the get go. They ask you questions to ensure your comfort and explain the procedure in full detail, not leaving a thing out. They ask constantly if you're ok and aren't like those other dentists / dental hygienists that tell you that "this wouldn't have hurt if you had just flossed". I 100% recommend. They made me feel so safe and confident that my dental hygiene was in good hands.
