Esthetique Dentistry saved me today. It’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving AND THEY WERE OPEN! And they saw me…I had a severe toothache. I’m a brand new patient but I’ve found my new dental practice. Dr Talwar is kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. No surprise the staff is as well. I can’t recommend them enough.
UPDATE: I had 4 cavities and needed 4 fillings. Dr Talwar compassionately took my fear of needles into consideration and carefully, gently managed to give me all the fillings without novocaine. She agreed in advance to change course if it became painful, but she was amazing and I didn’t need to change the plan. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I used to dread appointments with Dentists until I found Dr Hemani Kaur and Esthetique Dentistry in Ashburn VA over a decade ago. It’s always a very pleasant experience there from start to finish and the results are superb! I’m 72 and my teeth and gums are doing great!! Thank you Hemani and colleagues!!

Severely disappointed with their Billing Office. Our family has visited this place several times before, and every time a service (flouride treatment for $33) which is not covered by insurance is administered, it would be notified verbally and taken consent before administering it.
In the last regular annual visit, they administered fillings to my minor son without asking for my verbal consent. They had sent me a bill for $1746 for a scheduled visit for a family of 3. Upon following up, they acknowledged an error in billing and reduced it to $321 and tell me that I have signed forms prior to the appointment accepting the responsibility for payments and so they didn't have to notify me about the treatment that was not covered by the insurance. Its beyond my understanding that they notify and take a consent for $33, but not for $321 - And they say this was supposedly a co-pay that was not collected. Yes, it was not collected because they never told me that there would be a co-pay during the visit.
very unfair practice. Never going back to this place again.

I haven’t been to the dentist in so long and I’ve only ever had not so experiences. But the ladies at Esthetique Dentist made me feel so comfortable. They were gentle and patient and explained everything to me in great detail. Such a great experience.
Just an update I had a crown and some filings today and it was the best experience. The dentist and her staff are just wonderful. They really made me feel comfortable. I felt no pain from numbing which always makes me nervous. I felt very relaxed. They are very attentive and caring

My daughter had an accident at school where she fell and knocked her teeth loose and split her lip. I called Esthetique Dentistry and they were able to accommodate me and see her as soon as possible. From the front desk, treatment coordinator to the clinical team to Dr Patel they were all amazing and caring. I highly recommend this practice!
