This review is WAY overdue but this is seriously the most customer focused medical office I have ever been to. Usually you have attentive Dr.'s but the staff isn't great or makes you feel like you are a bother. Their entire team is focused on making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the follow-up call following your appointment. I now have my entire family going to this practice and I share with friends, colleagues, clients etc., any time a dental recommendation is needed because I trust the service results will be just how I describe it. EXCELLENT and definitely 5 star service!

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff and Dr. Talwar settled me in and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I’ve never had a dental procedure go so smoothly. I recently set up an appointment for and went to Esthetique Dentistry for the first time in over a year. My reasoning for this delay is a result of a variety of factors: sheer laziness, financial hardship, and arrogance thinking my my teeth were ok, but the reality is everyone's teeth need to be cleaned regularly and in my case I had to address major tooth concerns that I have. Once I went back to Esthetique I was welcomed with the same friendly, professional, and family like atmosphere that I have come accustomed to. Don't delay your visit they are the best in the business.

When I came to Esthetique Dentistry and spoke to the staff, and to the dentist, and even just the environment made me extremely comfortable and at ease. I felt safe and treated like a VIP client. I am a patient of Dr. Kaur's. She is an awesome Dentist with excellent "bedside manners." She is very pleasant and always remember you as a person and not just as a patient. Both my husband I really appreciate her professionalism and because of this, we will only see her. If I have to wait for an appointment with her, it's worth it.

On another note, there is a serious problem with billing. Upon every treatment, we always pay our bill in full. It is unfortunate that I received a bill that allegedly carried over from 2021. Now we all know this can't be
possible for them to send a bill 9 months later and in the wrong name. Please keep your receipts for every payment. Have yet to speak with someone regarding the matter. As much as we like Dr. Kaur, if not resolved, I will stop going.
