This was my first visit to this office and my first dental appointment for many years. Even though I had a lot of issues to resolve, no one on the staff made me feel guilty or embarrassed. The organization is totally professional and amazingly friendly.

I'm glad I started the process of maintaining good dental hygiene and am actually looking forward to getting my mouth in order with regular visits. I would certainly recommend this office for anyone...even if you haven't been to the dentist in a long time...

I LOVE this dental office and here's why:

Hygienists: They are super friendly and helpful. They make you feel like best friends while cleaning your teeth and they give you feedback on cleaning without making you feel bad.

Dentists: They are all super nice and caring and so professional and good at what they are doing. They instill a sense of trust in their capabilities. I feel like I'm in good hands of a caring dentist.

Dental Assistants: They are very good at helping you get through procedures and are very knowledgeable in the procedures, what the dentist will need, and in helping you stay stress free. They have a nifty little trick that I love of touching my hand as an aid to comfort and distract when I'm feeling tense or nervous.

Support Staff: They are friendly and helpful and they never seem stressed or unwilling to help me understand my appointments or payment options, and they never make me feel like I'm bothering them with questions.

Overall: They meet daily (I believe) and go over their caseload for the day. Some people may not appreciate what a difference that makes but it thrills my little process improvement heart because it makes their day, and their patient's day go much smoother. It makes for a well oiled machine, and it so shows in both the quality of care I receive and in their stress levels, because I've never seen them sweat.

They make me feel like friends and family by doing all this and more, and I'm not related to any of them! They make me feel cared for, and they do an excellent job technically speaking. I really couldn't ask for a better group of people to care for my teeth. I've moved further away recently but instead of finding a new dentist who is closer, I drive to them. They so make it worth my while. I highly recommend them on every level.

I hadn't been to a dentist since I was a kid, so I was pretty nervous about finally going. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel much better. They set up a roadmap of what I needed done, the estimates in price, and told me I can schedule things as I can. They were very helpful and understanding.

I have been going here for several years. They are the nicest people. Love them all. Saw Dr. Seaver for years. Now I see Dr. Lawson and he is a great dentist. If anyone needs a dentist I would definitely recommend Mountain Empire.

Don’t expect to keep an appointment. If you are a Medicaid recipient, a minority, or disabled, you are going to be treated like an animal. Everytime I have an appointment they call me and cancel it because someone either doesn’t show up or their “sick”. A friend of mine knows one of the dentists and told me they were hungover and couldn’t show up to work on teeth. Dangerous steer clear

They Listened to me! On multiple occasions now, they've squeezed me in for an appt, but never rushed me when I had questions. The staff are attentive, patient, and thorough!

Let me tell u something about this place. I have been a patient at this location since I was a child. Dr. Seaver was my dentist at one time. Great Dentist by the way, the best. But now we have Dr. Lawson. Wow. What a Dentist he is. I have had problems w my teeth ALL my life due to smoking I believe, and bone loss. So I have had to get dentures. This Dr Lawson made me my first set. We did not like the way they looked, and he did not hesitate to begin working on me a new set. Did I mention...at no charge?. . Wow. What service. Absolutely precise at all he does. Thank you Dr Lawson !!!!You are also the BEST AROUND!!!! I couldn't have been luckier.

I was with another dentist for years: one who, at each visit, told me I needed expensive dental work done. The staff at Mountain Empire Dental did not try to up sell me at all. They recommended appropriate treatment and nothing more. Once, I came in as a walk in on a busy day with a minor dental emergency. They saw me within ten minutes; and, I was out the door within thirty. They treat me like family every time. I highly recommend them.

I had my 2nd appointment here today and I was thinking while I was getting my teeth cleaned that this was the best dentist I have been to. Everyone is nice, and I have an exceptional hygienist that is kind and thorough. 1000% recommend this place!
