Got a terrible experience with Dr. Bawa a few years ago. I wish I could give him zero star. All he concerned was how much money he can make out of you. Hygienist is not paying attention when she cleaned your teeth. She dropped her tool and dented my one of my teeth because she was chatting with her coworker. They never gave you the receipt so you can keep track of your expense. I ended up paying the full amount at the end of year. They can’t even wait a little bit until the new calendar year starts. What is worst, you paid so much but not getting the good service. My wisdom teeth have been causing a lot of problems, Dr.Bawa never mentioned or recommended to get them pulled because he couldn’t make money out of it so he didn’t really care. One of my teeth fillings came out in a couple months. What a disappointment!

Let me preface my review with my backstory: I had an unshakable fear of dentists ever since I had a Horrendously painful experience several years ago. With that said, I have to say that Dr. Anoop Bawa is simply PHENOMENAL. She has such a gentle, yet personable, bedside manner that I immediately felt at ease. The procedure was so painless that I literally had to keep waking myself up because I kept dozing off LOL. My next procedure is with her husband- I know I'll be in great hands!
