I chose Family Dentistry because my insurance is accepted there and they are close to my job. I'm not very lucky when it comes to picking a dentist office, but I hit the jackpot with Family Dentistry! The staff was very kind and pleasant to me. The hygentist that cleaned my teeth was gentle and thorough. The X-ray technician was gentle, kind and very polite. The doctor was great! He made me laugh and made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, he was the first doctor to explain everything in detail. Any question I had was answered with my complete understanding of the answer. I live 64 miles away from Family Dentistry, and I will continue to use them even if I'm not at work.

Dr. Don Chaen Kwok is an excellent dentist. He has a wonderful bed-side manner. He makes going to the dentist something to look forward to. I moved 5 hours away and still come back to him. Also, his office personnel is friendly and compassionate. I probably should find a dentist closer to where I live now, but I'm just not ready or looking to leave this practice.
