First part of a replacement crown today. Dr Sowmya was very nice, efficient and kept me comfortable along with Julie assisting her. Julie explained every step before it done and chatted through out the procedure which helped keep me at ease. Samantha at the front desk was pleasant and patient. She works to find the most convenient time for a follow up. I went to Dr Phillips, the previous owner of this practice? for 38 or 39 years. I trusted him and his staff to help through each visit. Change is hard but I find the people here very pleasant, efficient and compassionate.

I believe in 1-stop shopping. Cville Dentist really knocked it out of the park on that. I had my teeth cleaned, x-rayed, photographed and evaluated for the Invisilign orthodontic treatment system, all in one visit. There were several options for payment on the Invisilign system, and Dr Sowmya and her staff couldn't have been nicer or more informative. I'm that patient with 50 questions, but they were not phased, nor did they try to rush me along without answering each question. This is a win-win, and I look forward to the 18 weeks of treatment, followed by being able to eat without taking a bite out of my mouth or lip at every meal.
