I have sensitive gums and my dental assistant takes great care of me every time. Always making sure that she causes the least amount of pain. She is amazing! The dentist is very personable, professional, and thorough. He always takes time to check your teeth and to get to know you. Really great guy. The front desk staff is kind and knowledgeable. The facility is immaculate and all of the equipment is new. But, my favorite thing about this place is that they have the TVs on the ceiling so i can relax a little bit and not think about the drill in my mouth. *****

My family (wife and 3 kids) and I had a very pleasant experience in Elevated Dentistry. The whole process from booking an appointment, actual visits and treatment are easy and comfortable and with the level of courtesy and professionalism of the whole team - Dr Nicolass Bartoff, Tatiana, Bailey, Haley, Alexis and Victoria. I was worried going into this place, 5 star reviews, beautiful folks and doctors on the website, a lot of comfort questions/amenities/expensive equipment, that I would have an impersonal, shame filled, expensive initial visit.
My doctor and his assistant Haley absolutely killed it at floating the line of having the information, and meeting me on my level of needing a casual/down to earth experience, and they laid exactly what’s going to happen out in front of me, checking in throughout.
As someone with trauma surrounding my mouth, this was a very nice community feeling, and I can only hope it’s as beautiful behind the scenes as they show their patients.

Two days before Christmas (2022) I broke a molar that had a thirty-year-old onlay. Dr. Bottorff returned my call personally, asked about the details of my situation, reassured me and gave wonderful instructions on how to care for it until the appointment, which he generously and graciously set up for me for immediately after Christmas!
The warm, beautiful decor of the offices is easy on the eyes and gives an almost spa-like atmosphere that is a far cry from the harsh, bright lights in hospital style. Dr. Bottorff and Alexis worked swiftly and expertly throughout, with attention to every detail, while also checking on my comfort and reassuring me. Great people.

As stated on the website it definitely felt "more like self-care than the traditional dental appointment."
And this was an emergency!

Wanted to share a great experience I recently had at Elevated Dentistry (Dr Nick Bottorff) with a cleaning and crown replacement appointment. Really, the whole team was outstanding. From the comfort of the reception area and check in, to the services received from the hygienist (Tatiana) and Dental Assistant (Alexis) all could not have gone better - especially since it was a longer appt than usual since it was both a cleaning and crown. I think what I liked best, was how every step of the way, the team explained what they were doing, ensured I was comfortable and asked for my input. Just a very conscientious dental office - and this was my first visit. I’ll definitely be going back!
