From Nicole with her amazing personality and sincere greeting at the front desk to Jackie and Dr Field .... it just doesn't get any better with any dentistry. Jackie was very thorough and kind and Dr Field always has an enthusiastic "hello" and takes time to discuss things. I usually see Rebecca and she is always very thorough too with a caring personality. The entire team is so professional and courteous. I know I'm always getting the best care.

The customer service I always receive when attending Konikoff’s Dentistry is second to none. Dr. Fields and Jennifer (?) have always treated me with respect and great bedside manner. I have be seeing Dr. Fields for years and he never disappoint me. My mom and sister recently relocated from Baltimore MD and I referred them to Konikoff Dentistry and they have been giving them nothing praises for their services. I will definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a top notch, customer oriented business.

I followed my dentist to this location. She is the best. All I can say is, front desk staff is super rude! I came here for my 3rd or 4th appointment. No body has ever told me I can’t bring my kids prior to that. Well, today I showed up with my kids and I was told I have to reschedule. She pointed out the visitor policy questioning me why I made such a decision in a very rude manner. Well, no one has notified me about that!!! I feel very frustrated.

My visit to the Cedar Road Konikoff dentistry location was a very pleasant experience. I was very pleased with the patience, understanding, time and care shown from the receptionist, the hygienists, the dentist (Dr. Bozman) and the entire staff. I have always avoided the dentist as much as I possibly could, but when I visited this office, they made me feel like I was amongst friends--- so caring and patient, while actually listening to me and answering every question I asked.

To be 100% honest I'm not very happy at all with my experience here. I've been seeing Dr Fields and I've been here three times now for the same filling and it still hurts. His solution was basically go to a different dentist. So I guess that's where I'm at... Everybody's really kind. Nothing personal against anyone, just like I said, haven't had the greatest experience so far.

I love Dr. Field, Sherri, and Becky! Everyone in that office is so so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I always feel welcomed when I come in. I drive an hour to come here and it is worth it! I am never nervous when I come to the dentist and actually enjoy coming.

The front desk n hygienist are so nice and professional but the availability here is bad. I've been trying to have my daughter switched to this location it use to have great availability and was able to have most of family switched but they were booked out 7months which wouldn’t allow my daughter to even get 2 cleanings for the year! That’s just not good and I have had problems in past if I had to reschedule forget about it they wouldn’t have anything for 6 months out. I should have switched long time ago due to issues of rescheduling. They just don’t know how to manage a schedule and accommodate their patients. If I were getting work done other than cleaning they would have something that same week! Now I have to find a new dentist for my whole family!!!! Would not recommend if you have a busy family!!
