Have to say they are professional but please read the office policies closely. They require some appointment payments at the time of scheduling. So if you need a crown you will be paying as much as 2-3 weeks ahead of time to "make sure you show up" I found this totally unacceptable and insulting. I tried to communicate this but it fell on deaf ears. I Cannot go to someone so uncaring.
