I was beyond pleased with the services I received at Chester Dental Care. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The front desk administrator, Alba, who was very personable and pleasant, went above and beyond to ensure that I was scheduled in a timely manner. Both the dental assistant and the doctor were AMAZING. They took their time with me and answered all of my questions. I did not feel as though they were in a rush to get to another patient. The doctor was very thorough with her explanations and even used props for demonstrations. I was provided with a webinar to watch to provide further insight. I highly recommend this place!

I have gotten *consistently* wonderful treatment from Dr. Kennedy and the rest of the team (Jordan, Evelyn, Brooke, Alba, and more) over my many visits. They have mastered patient communication - from appointment setting and confirmation to “chair time”- making sure to provide breaks, explaining each step of the process, and asking for my feedback on the results. I’ve moved further away from their office now but gladly make the trip to Chester for treatment.

I just went into the dentist because I’ve recently got in a car crash this weekend. I went in and got an x-ray and I had to pay $110 and then they told me if I want my tooth fixed then I had to pay close to $2000 out of pocket the same day. They told me they weren’t gonna accept my insurance because I was in a car crash. Everywhere else I called said that they shouldn’t have done that just because I was in a car crash.

This has been the best practice I’ve ever been too! I used to go to those big corporations and all they wanted was money and un necessary procedures! This place is amazing! They doctors really know what they are doing! Dr. Kennedy took the time to explain things to me and work with me about my dental issues. It’s a far drive for me but I would travel far for this place!!!
I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this practice! It’s small but it’s great, the whole team. I love it here. I am so thankful for them!!

This office is money hungry, all they care about is money they will not work with you or give you financial arrangements, they are racist and i have personally witnessed them talking about their patients of color in the break room as a former employee. I urge anybody looking for dental care or a job to look further this is not a welcoming environment for staff or patients.
