Dr. Rodriguez called me as soon as she received my sleep apnea results and graciously worked me in the same day so I could come with my husband at his appointment time. She is well informed on new techniques and very patient and reassuring with all her patients.

Excellent experience, very friendly personnel. My dental hygienist , was exceptional. She made me feel at ease, very kind and gentle. This was my first visit and I am sure it will not be my last. Dr. Rofrigues was also very nice. You have a very nice personnel.

I’ve been going to Chester Dental Care for several years. The staff is friendly, professional, and do excellent work. The only reason for my 2-star rating is that they do NOT warranty their work. That is not a concern until their work fails, in my case a very small part of my crown broke off (my crown was 27 months old). Most dentists cover their work (fillings for 2-years and crowns for 5-years). Several years ago I asked what their warranty was for crowns and was told they covered their crowns for 5-years. A crown should last 8-15 years. All the other fillings and crowns are doing well, except this one that broke yesterday while I was eating salad.
Dr. Rodriguez told me today she only warranties a crown for three years. But she can’t be responsible for crowns that fail since most failures are not her fault. She indicated she was not responsible for what a patient does to their teeth after they leave her office.
I really thought I had found the best dentist in the area, but I found out she doesn’t stand behind her work. She just redirects blame for failures to the client.
These guys are great until their work fails, which is admittedly rare.
Interesting to note is that the dentists had discussed my tooth this morning before they even examined it and had already decided I was 100% responsible for the costs required to fix the tooth.

Front office staff was very friendly. My dental assistant was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I️ have a dentist fobia but Dr. Kennedy made me feel relaxed. He was amazing and my experience was awesome.

Great personalized professional service. I was quickly diagnosed and given a health plan in writing ( which is great for going over later and allows me to process the information on my own terms in case I had questions afterwards). We were able to extract a problem tooth, I having experience in the past what was far less than favorable was pleasantly surprised how quickly, easily and painfree this whole process has been....I'd recommend you seeing Dr Rodrigues

Nothing worse than tooth pain! But nowhere better than Chester Dental to treat that pain! I asked for an appointment because I was having significant tooth pain. Two hrs later I was in Dr. Rodriguez’s dental chair on a day when they were completely booked! I’m on the mend! Thank you Chester Dental!
