I avoided the dentist for too long (probably 8+ years) after bad experiences in the past. But I saw great reviews for this practice and decided I’d give it a try. Dr Bhagat is fantastic and his assistant Cindy is the perfect combination of funny and comforting. I’ve needed some work done (imagine that after so many years of avoiding dental care). And they’ve made me feel comfortable, safe, not judged, offered Nitrous (which has been a game-changer), and worked with me to arrange a payment plan so I don’t have to rack up a credit card. I can’t say enough good things and have referred people to this practice already!

Poor communication, poor customer service. Dropped out of my network and didn't advise me of anything until I called them to pay my bill. And when I expressed to staff that because of their change I will have to be finding a new dentist for the first time in 30 years it really wasn't a big deal for them at all. I have tried to support Dr B since he acquired this practice from Dr Beam. I expect more from a practice that I have supported and referred friends and family to. I hope changing insurance is worth losing long term clients.
