Just left Dr. Felton's office where I had the pleasure of meeting the new Dr. Smith. She had the tricky task of fixing my front teeth. She is amazing!!! I can't believe the difference - it's such an improvement. I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Smith has a wonderful way about her...and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her. She's very gifted. Loved her!

Explaining steps pertaining to the procedure you are undergoing. From the Dr, PA, HYGIENISTS and billing & payment. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Smith serviced me for the first time today. She was kind and professional, but I missed Dr Felton‘s bedside manner. I’ve been Dr Felton‘s patient for about 30 years, and I’m used to him. I missed him explaining exactly what was going to happen and what I should expect. The work with Dr. Smith was comfortable, I even fell asleep, who knew. I also missed the goody bag that I get at the end of my service with Dr Felton. The hygienist was proficient.

From phone call to 3 appointments now, I've been very happy with Dr. Felton, a very personable man in his own right, and a very competent and friendly staff!! I'm a 71 year old man with very bad teeth (my own fault), but they're doing their best to "salvage" what's left while working with me on a tight (retired) budget. Today was my first appointment at this dental office. I am 67 years young, so I have been to a few dental offices.
I needed to choose a new dentist closer to my home address. First of all, when I was greeted at reception, the process was pleasant and professional. I decided to nickname the receptionist, "Number 1". Why because, first impressions do matter and she helped me fill out information on their computer, made appointments with effeciency and was friendly.
Next I met Grace. She was knowledge and had a great sense of humor. She x-rayed and photoed every tooth 🦷🦷. She made me feel confident that I was in the right place for dental care.
Then in walked Dr. Joyce with pure positive energy. She took her time to evaluate my teeth and introduce herself. I appreciated her extensive knowledge base and explanation.
Next my gums were evaluated (please forgive me I forgot your name). Once again, professional, patient individual. She answered all my questions.
Check out receptionist was awesome. I have decisions to make about cost, insurance and order of work done. She was knowledgeable.
Well done every one. This is a great team. Glad to have this dental office in Chesterfield.

I don’t normally write reviews. Dr.Felton did an Amaxing job calming my daughters nerves and making her feel safe and comfortable. She had to get two baby teeth pulled and was scared. If you have anyone that is anxious about going to the dentist, I definitely recommend this practice. WONDERFUL
