The name has changed. The rooms are the same, which me and my husband enjoy for our baby girl! The staff encouraged our daughter and she told me she "had the best experience" at the dentist. I was so happy to hear that!!! Front receptionists are so polite and kind. We love it here!!! Thank You 😊

We had a wonderful first time visit with Dr. Sheffield.
She along with the rest of the staff were so kind. I notice the amount of care and ease she displayed toward my 5 year old daughter. Happy to say we will be returning!

My kids like the place, clean and tidy, and doctor and her whole team are very friendly and accommodating. My kids got the help they need and the team’s service and performance are really excellent. Thank you so much.

Only giving 2 stars because I felt the dentist and tech that my 2 year old was fantastic and deserved at least some credit.
HOWEVER,
if you have a child with special needs , be sure to be picky on what hygienist you use. The dental hygienist my 6 year old autistic son had was awful. She discredited his fears by saying "well if you don't try it then you don't know if it hurts or not", didnt let him touch or feel anything with his hands before use on him, berrated him about not biting around the xray block correctly (But refused to let me in the room to help him understand what was being asked of him because of "radiation" even though the machine wasn't even on- nor did she offer the standing xray where i could have been of more help to him), and overall seemed irritated and inconvenienced that my kid was taking up more time than most patients.
I will say, my 2 year Olds hygienist was fabulous and patient and the dentist he had (my 6 year old didn't even see the dentist) was wonderful, patient, knowledgable and helpful.
So. if you have a child with special needs, be Pickier than I was about who is their tech and make sure that they are trained in how to speak/navigate a cleaning with an autistic child. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and will not reccomended them to anyone in my community.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They did wonderful with my daughter that has Anxiety. I also love how they made sure I was informed instead of other places that wait for you to ask questions.

The staff is great and AMAZING!!!! They made us feel welcomed. My daughter is autistic. The Dr did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable.

Very impressed with how Dr. Sheffield has been able to gain my daughter's trust. At 8 1/2 years old, she finally was able to get her to complete a full exam and cleaning. Anyone with a child that has severe anxiety can understand what kind of milestonr this is. She understood my child was someone that needed small steps and time to adjust.
Dr. Sheffield is also wonderful with my very energetic 5 year old son.
The staff has always been nothing but friendly and patient with us every visit as well.
So glad to have found them. ❤

Worst place ever if you have multiple children. They won't let you take them with you, you have to leave your child no matter the age alone in the lobby. They say they will "watch" them but they don't ever check on them. Can't believe these people actually work with children. Ending up having to walk out with one of my children because of their neglect.

We had a fantastic experience at Southside Smiles Dentistry. My son (10 years) has been terrified of dentists due to a horrible dental practice he went to in the past. From the first phone call through the first appointment with Southside Smiles it was so easy. When he had to get work done, they were beyond amazing! They were gentle, patient and listened to him. They made sure he was comfortable and well informed of what they were doing. I am so grateful for this practice!
