very bad experience here, all they are about is $$$ I had an extensive cleaning done at one of their other locations and then was referred to the Chester location for a procedure I needed, they did the same extensive cleaning and then tried to charge me over $2000 for it when my insurance wouldn't pay for it twice...they took the longest time to rectify it, after I threatened to go to my Congressman and the News... Then they had the nerve to not want to see me again.....REALLY ..they need to take the Family out of their name....zero stars for me...

HAD ROOT CANAL YESTERDAY NOW I MUST WAIT TWELVE DAYS TO GET THE TOOTH CROWNED/PROTECTED....TO MUCH TIME BETWEEN PROCEDURES. 12 DAYS OF TRYING TO CHEW ON ONE SIDE ETC IS RIDICULOUS .
