Very professional staff. The doctor and assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They really made my root canal procedure pain free as possible. Everything went smooth. If you must have a root canal i would highly recommend Virginia Family Dentistry.

I really feel like they have stopped caring for customers and is now focused on money. Dont know how many conversations I've had to have with them over balance screw ups and them telling me it has to be paid before I'm seen. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Very pleasant experience from signing in to walking out. The receptionist was polite, friendly and helpful. The hygienist and dentist were informative, gentle and efficient. They made me feel at ease and in control of my treatment. I am not worried about what’s supposed to happen next because the proper expectations were set. I highly recommend the Chester office.
