Blonde guy at the desk needs to go. Didnt know how to find paperwork or what paperwork I needed to fill out. I was not a new patient. He then made smart alec comments ab patients after almost every one of us checked in. 20 min into my appointment and people with appointment times after mine were steadily being called back. Asked for eta for my turn and again, that same slick mouth had something else to say. Is he oblivious that the entire waiting room could hear his smart mouth? Or was he NOT playing dumb and just completely unprofessional?
I have since been back to the location I usually go to and Scott messed up my entire file. Changed phone numbers and personal info on chart. Receptionist at other location had to fix everything!!

My visit was great. I had gum surgery and I could'nt have ask for better care. They were very reasuring , caring and friendly which helped me relax. I woud recommend them to anyone.

This was my son's first time going to the dentist. He was nervous and not sure what to expect. When we arrived the staff was friendly and the dental assistant immediately made him feel right at home. She was excellent working with him. She got to know him a little and she had cute little kids names for all her instruments so he was not scared at all. He let her clean his teeth with no problems and truly thought the dentists office was "fun".
She also gave me expectations on when to expect certain things with his tooth care and answered all my questions professionally.
The dentist that came in to see him after his cleaning was also upbeat and professional. I had a wonderful overall experience taking my son in and would not recommend any changes. Keep up the great work!
