I absolutely love going to see my dentist now. Best experience. He fixed two issues my old dentist never bothered to do and really actually caused! I can not go on enough about how much I love them ❤️

My kids had their cleaning and check up at Dr. Gardner's office today. I have four kids and I used to take them to a pediatric dentist. I wanted them to have good and fun experiences with the dentist. I hoped this would help them grow up unafraid of the dentist. My four year old was very nervous about having people in his mouth today. Stephanie, the hygienist, was wonderful! She was very patient with her nervous, young patient. She showed him all the tools and talked about them in a fun way. For example, "Mr. Thirsty, and the Tickle Tooth Cleaner." She earned his trust and he let her in his mouth! Dr. Gardner is great with kids too. He talked to him about being a super hero. He took the time to count my little one's fingers with his "tooth counter." Dr. Gardner was silly and counted wrong and then told him that it works better at counting teeth. He made my reluctant preschool feel comfortable enough to open his mouth for him. I like Dr. Gardner and his staff even better than the pediatric dentist; they are just as great with kids and they were less rushed. They took time make sure everything went very well and the kids were comfortable! Of course, my older kids had great experiences too! The whole family loves being able to watch the tv show of our choice while our teeth are being worked on. It's a great distraction and helps the time pass fast. There are also ipads to keep the kids busy in the waiting room. I have loved my own experiences as well. Dr. Gardner did a crown for me on a broken tooth. It was painless and quick! The whole staff is great with cleanings and check ups. I have a small mouth and always have trouble getting x-rays. Adrienne did a great job getting my challenging x-rays and it went better than at any other dental office I have been to. Also, the whole staff is really friendly! Stephanie remembered me from months ago and asked about things she remembered were going on in my family. Amberlie is super helpful and cheerful at the front desk and Dr. Gardner is a very kind and you can tell he cares about his patients.

After moving to the area, I went to Bright Smiles to get my dental work done and was told I had three cavities, one of which was so severe it was going to be twice as expensive as the other two to fix. I've never had a cavity before and wanted to get a second opinion. Six months later, I went to another local dentist and was told that my teeth were perfect and to keep up my good habits.

I’m new to the area and this was my first visit to this practice. I saw Dr. Grimmer and my hygienist was Tracy, both were excellent and my cleaning was great! Office was very clean and I felt very safe with their PPE precautions with Covid.

Dr. Gardner is kind, and gentle, and hilarious, and does a good job at putting you at ease. On top if that, he doesn’t scare you into treatment, and will be honest about what needs done that moment and what can wait.

I had my exam and cleaning today and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The entire staff is so friendly and reassuring. I especially loved my hygienist, Velba! She is fantastic and so easy to talk with. I have very sensitive teeth, and dentist appointments give me extreme anxiety. She put me right at ease and I left today feeling so glad that I faced my fear and made the appointment!

New patient. They were able to fit me in quickly. I am afraid of going to the dentist and they were extremely sensitive to that, and my visit was pain free.

People who live near Chesterfield County! If you are looking for a new dentist, you have to check out "Bright Smiles". I have huge anxiety about dentists. Since before the Covid-19 situation, I had already had my first visit. I had a really bad experience from a previous dental practice which added to my issues.

Sunday, a tooth went nuclear. Intense tooth & jaw pain... I called Bright Smiles & my new dentist got me in same day which was yesterday. The whole experience was amazing. Everyone that works at Bright Smiles has been wonderful. Always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Very professional, explain everything, and offer guidance for those of us wondering what the next in treatment might be. They listen. They listen. I’ve seen Dr Gardner and now Dr Grimmer. Both get high scores from me based on my interactions with them. Speaking as a typical past horror stories victim, this place and their employees are top notch all the way around. I trust that everyone there does what they’re supposed to, and does it well. Will be seeing a lot of them.
