Great at the "showy" details - treating you well, giving you free pens, free roses for ladies, etc. But they will SPAM you for days after your appointment if you don't complete their survey, and honestly they lack in smaller details. For instance I had a scan done for retainers, was told they would be done in two weeks, 2 weeks later I call, they say to keep waiting. 4 weeks later I call and they hadn't even submitted the scans on their end...really??? Then, somehow my next check up got rescheduled by their automated text message system at 6am, when they're not even open. I lost my original appointment and had to reschedule, not ideal at all, although they did get me back on the schedule after I hung up on them. Lastly, Dr. Grimmer does not seem to know his stuff. I often "save my questions for the dentist" but when he comes in he honestly responds to them like he has no idea what he's was talking about, going back and forth after I question him. He cant even tell when I'm wearing my invisalign retainers or not, I'm like come on dude are you an expert here or not? Maybe he's just always busy or preoccupied... They'll take care of your teeth, but sooner or later you're bound to run into a headache since they're so focused on putting on a good show all the time.

This dentist office has the absolute best dentists and staff ever! They also have the best costumer service and great payment plans for everyone. I won’t ever go to another dentist again!

Dr. Gardner is an absolute lifesaver! A couple of years ago I began suffering from severe migraines, which I had never experienced before. I had them daily for 3 months and had seen multiple specialists with thousands of dollars in scans and tests. I went in to see Dr. Gardner for a routine cleaning and thanks to his thorough exam and genuine concern he solved my migraines. He spent a good hour an a half with me, researched my current medications, asked me many questions etc. He said he thought my migraines were due to tension and me clenching my teeth at night. He fit me for a night guard and gave me a muscle relaxer prescription. That was the first night that I didn't have a migraine! He could have just performed the necessary dental exam and rushed me out of the office but instead he spend a long period of time with me until he found the answer. I will never forget him and highly recommend him to any patient seeking an excellent dentist. It is hard to find a dentist that truly cares the way he does and he will definitely be missed here in Windsor.

Went in for a routine cleaning, everyone knew their role and expertise! Clean office and equipment. Very helpful and polite staff! Extra kudos for the teeth scanning technology for the Invisalign digital model!
