I had an appointment on February 17, 2022, and my visit from beginning to end was pleasant and professional. As soon as you walk into the door the receptionist are friendly and professional, my Hygienist was professional and very thorough while cleaning my 🦷. The dentist came in afterwards and conferred with the Hygienist. With same said, I will be returning to have a minor dental procedure done so I can keep smiling and keep my teeth for years to come. They both also asked me questions to make sure I did not have any issues going on with my teeth and/or mouth that wasn’t visible or that can be detected by X-ray. This is a Top Notch Dental Facility/ Office. Do yourself a favor, especially if you aren’t and haven’t been satisfied with level of service you are and haven’t been getting from your current dentist. I highly recommend this office and I had been going to my past dentist for over 25 years until they pulled a switch a rue and sold the business / never told the patients and passed the patients off to the new owner. My wife and daughter have been going to Bright Smiles for a while and begged me to switch. Wished I would have listened to them sooner but I am more than glad that I am now a patient.

This was hard because I have been going to a family owned business since I was 2 and I loved them! (My kids still go there.) My insurance had switched and because of this, I needed to find an in network company to go to. I have to be honest. I went in a little nervous and unsure about how this was going to go. The front desk people were amazing! I had to bring a youngest child with me that day and a young woman came to the front to play peekaboo with him so I could fill out the paperwork. After bringing us back to the room, the hygienist did a wonderful job trying to make me and the little one happy. She took extra time to fix the tv because it had problems and she never gave up until it was fixed. She talked to my son while I was getting cleaned and she was super friendly. I will have to say she was a little hard when she was cleaning. Lots of pressure. I don’t know if it was because I was new and she hadn’t see my teeth before or what but I have never had this type of scraping before. I told her several times my gums sometimes bleed and are very sensitive. Plus other things to know about my teeth and gums. I even use a special type of toothpaste at night to help prevent this. When she was scraping my teeth she kept hitting where I had a few cavities filled and she kept scraping them hard. To myself I thought, I wonder if some dentists do this so they can charge more and fill it again! After she was done the dentist came in. He wasn’t very personable with me at all. He was in and out. This might not bother some people but for someone that has been going to a family business as long as I can remember, it was quite frustrating. Next visit I will write it down and keep reminding whoever is doing the cleaning to use light pressure. You can still get the same effect without causing pain.

I unfortunately chipped my tooth eating a pita chip this weekend. I panicked because it was a front tooth. I called to make an appointment and Dr. Gardner was able to get me in within the hour. I was done and back home I less than an hour. My wife was thrilled to see me in such a short time and with a flawless, beautiful, white smile again!!! Thanks Dr. Gardner and Bright Smiles for such impeccable service. I highly recommend Bright Smiles!!!!

I had an issue with the receptionist...no need for details but Dr Gardner personally reached out to address the issue within 24 hours after it happened. I’ve witnessed this practice grow at an incredible rate so I know Dr. Gardner is busy and probably wouldn’t be impacted financially if he lost my business (although I wasn’t even considering leaving). For a Dentist as busy as he is to personally reach out is an incredible show of care...appreciate it!

I went there in December of 2021 because I was having pain in one of my teeth. I was told that I would need a root canal. I was told that they can now do this here. I thought this was great, I wouldn't have to wait or go somewhere else. During this root canal I was given shots so not to feel any pain during the procedure. It did NOT numb everything. While drilling I had EXTREME INTENSE PAIN!!! I cried so much that I had to catch my breath. Then I was given another shot, this time it worked. I left that day so very upset. When the shots wore off I was in pain. I went back to see the other Dr. to ask for a referral to someone else as I will NEVER see Dr.Gardner again. I was asked if Dr. Van could try to fix, It has been 7 months and still I am having pain on that tooth. I will now have to pay a new Dentist to fix this tooth. DO NOT get a root canal done here!!!

I had a great first time visit today. The people were absolutely friendly and made my visit extra special.

Staff is friendly and the dentist is awesome and understanding of costs associated with bridges and crowns! He is never pushy and very knowledgeable

I absolutely loved this dentist office! I have been on a search for the perfect one for my husband and I for a while now. The staff are so nice! They did such a good job on fixing my teeth and I can't wait to go back for them to fix the rest! I will be returning and my husband will be a new patient there as well! It is so nice to finally find a dentist that makes us feel comfortable and completely at ease! When my daughters are too old for pediatric dentistry then they will also be patients here! Thanks guys!!!
