Confessions time: it wasn’t until I found this practice that my family had a dedicated dentist. Over the years we pretty much bounced around, never really got the “at home” or “I love this place feeling” when visiting a dentist until we found Bright Smiles.
We have been Bright Smiles patients for over 5 years. My kids love their visits with Dr. Gardner and his staff and I do too. They are awesome, always greet you with a smile and genuinely care about your smile (teeth). We will continue coming here.

First time to the dentist since the Pandemic so I was a little apprehensive.
Not a problem, Bright Smiles took all the necessary precautions -temp check at door, no patients sitting in office, Hygienist was also in mask plus the face guard. Normal friendly staff and easy checkout as well.

Dr. Gardener and his staff are always so welcoming and nice. I love that my children can watch something while getting their teeth cleaned. The office is always clean and refreshing. I would recommend Bright Smiles Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

Simply the BEST dental practice in the Richmond area. Always up to date with the newest technologies and procedures. Dr. Gardner and Dr. Grimmer are great and caring physicians . Daci is an awesome hygienist! Everyone at this practice makes you feel like you’re the most important patient they have. If you have a fear of going to a dentist, this is the one you need to go to!

I have been a patient as well as my children at this location for 2 years now. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so professional and their bubbly personalities really make you feel welcome. The receptionist are exceptional and they go over and beyond with their customer service! Dr. Grimmer makes you feel very confortable and his sense of humor puts you at ease when you are in the chair. Daici is my absolute favorite dental hygiengist. I have conversations with her as if we are old high school friends! I never leave feeling unsatisfied. WONDERFUL STAFF 🤍🤍🤍

Bright Smiles Dental consistently provides professional service. They run spot on with the schedule, I have never had to wait in all of the years I have been a patient. Survive is fast which is helpful to me in my busy days. The billing is always accurate and front desk is courteous and very accommodating. I love the reminder texts about upcoming appointments. This team is great with kids of all ages. TVs over each chair and private rooms makes all of the difference for kids. The dental care is exceptional. All dental issues for all in our family of five have been addressed precisely and handled extremely well. I am most pleased with the care provided at Bright Smiles. I would recommend Bright Smiles Dentistry to anyone who has high expectations in medical care!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gardner for years, but this was my first visit at his new office. I can honestly say his staff is top notch, very professional and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Davis Gardner is awesome. It's great when you can leave a dentist office in a wonderful mood and looking forward to going back.
