I have never met a group of girls, from the dentist, Dr. Greer, all of the staff, and my dental tech, Kristen, that were the most kind, thoughtful, non judgemental, compassionate, sweet, and just wonderful to me. I was in a bit of an emergency, and the gratitude and thankfulness I have for them, I will never be able to express. Yall truly touched my heart, and I'm blessed I have met yall, and I can't wait to see yall again. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, yall are truly amazing and wonderful girls.

Evelyn was very attentive and explained everything she was doing throughout the cleaning and while providing some training to another hygienist. Dr Greer was very pleasant and checked out all my concerns and not th hesitate to come back in if anything changed. She also explained to me suggesting my best treatment options. Great experience!

This establishment is below ZERO stars to say the LEAST. First of all, I called yesterday as a new patient and Haley mixed up my member Id letters and numbers and then called me back acting as if I was not a member with the insurance company. Totally unprofessional. Second, I arrive this am after I am a confirmed insurance member anticipating a cleaning. I get there and they do X-rays and the doctor does his exam. Jean then let’s me know that they go to lunch and the cleaning can not be performed until 2:00. I already drove an hour to get there and no one told me prior that the cleaning couldn’t be performed until after their lunch! How unprofessional yet again. They also try and take advantage of their patients; money wise. People always emphasize the good in places and hope that will cover the bad but if you are anything like me and want what’s best for yourself; don’t pay this place a visit! Joan also said she is always the one to tell the patient the bad news so that proved that they don’t explain their “lunch” to anyone which is absurd and the doctor said he would discuss it with the front desk but clearly he hasn’t if it’s still a problem! Go somewhere else; this place is a JOKE.

This was my very first visit that I would call an emergency extraction due to the pain that I encountered. I tell you from the front desk the young lady was very friendly and easy to comprehend; the two young ladies that took pictures of my mouth put me to ease physically as well as mentally. Unfortunately I cannot remember the young lady's name but she explained to me thoroughly what was expected and caused me to feel safe in the chair. Their kindness and professionalism is like a rare gem that you do not quite often see in this day and age. DR. DIXON ; one word: Superb. He explained to me the options along with the procedure and was patient in my decision. He administered the extraction with a gentle method poised with much experience; it was not too long that he began to stitch me up. I didn't mean to be long winded but my first visitation at Commonwealth Dentistry was great and I look forward to their services in the future.
