Service is great as long as you do not question treatment or billing. After a lengthy relationship with this office, I questioned billing for an annual cleaning. No response was received and when several months later I arrived for my scheduled annual cleaning, I was told by Dr. Vernon she could no longer service me. No prior written notice was given, no consideration for my time, travel or schedule adjustment to attend this appointment, nor given timely to find another provider.

Good people for the most part but I complained because the treatment I was receiving from the new hygienist was too abrasive. The dentist didn’t bother to ask me what had occurred but had office manager send me a letter stating I no longer had a dentist. My patient rights weren’t valued. I’m not going to pay for services at a facility where I’m not respected and treated fairly; and dentist is biased and very partial without knowing or even caring to ask about the events of the appointment. I’ve been going to this establishment for several years and was disturbed at Dr. Vernon’s reactions.

great and friendly service. Waiting time in the lobby is very short and, for the most part, you will be seen on time or even ahead of time. I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment and they got me in within 10 minutes. I would not go anywhere else. My teeth have never been better, thanks to their attention to detail.
