I haven’t been to the office yet , but I just want to leave a review for Brianna . Her customer service was excellent and very warming . Now a days when calling and speaking with people they’re a bit rude or rush you to get off the phone . She was very patient , she answered every question I had and had no problem giving me additional information. She was very calm and welcoming from the beginning of the call to the end .

Its a good place and the staff are wonderful but I hate how I have to wait 3 months or more to every appointment I make... I tried to take advantage of my pregnancy coverage before it ended and get everything done that I needed but I couldn't because each appointment were months separated to be done in time. Even with the simplest work example, a cleaning..

My daughter has had more problems with these braces! The brackets continuously come off and she’s just told it’ll be okay but only one side of her mouth is corrected and the next visit they want more money to fix the poor work they do. I do not recommend!

My fiancee broke his tooth we were NOT patients of this office and they seen him the very same day...every other office turned us down for weeks...by then...it wouldve fell out..this place is amazing fast and did and excellent job and they acted like they really cared ab us personally as people and not just patients. I highly recommend this place and will be making this my permanent dentist from now on thank goodness I dont have to shop around anymore. Thanks yall and I'll be by on tuesday to get my ID and insurance card you called me ab lol thank yall so much. It meant the world to my fiancee..and it was his birthday so it was just great all the way around. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Worst decision I ever made was coming to this office! Im not sure what the problem is with communication but they will blame you for their mistakes. I had a root canal done and was never called to get the crown. Now the tooth is bothering me. When I went I wanted to get the tooth pulled but was convinced a root canal was better. I should have listened to the dental assistant who told me to get it pulled because they will convince you to get a root canal because it's more money for them. Here it is a year later and they are more worried if I gave them the correct number. Mind you when I checked in the girl at the front desk verified all of my information. Now I have to find someone that will fix what they messed up.

I came here a while back. Told them my teeth were sensitive. They said nothing was wrong. 3 later I'm pregnant and a tooth starts to decay, the same tooth that I talked to them about. Turns out I had at least 2 cavaties and now two teeth removed because they didnt want to do xrays. Thank you guys for the misery I'm being put through now, the stress that I went through while 37 weeks pregnant having my tooth removed while awake because I was to far along for anything medications. You guys are truly wonderful.
