I am revising my 5 Star review. While I still have high praise for Dr. Kaur, I have found her front office staff to be nonresponsive in my dealings with them. I had wanted my granddaughter to receive dental care from Dr. Kaur. As my daughter is a single mom and was in college at the time, I had relayed to the office that I would pay all expenses for this visit. It was agreed that they were to bill me. I get a call on the day of the appointment from my daughter, she is in tears, saying they won't let her leave until they have a credit card. I give it to them over the phone. After 7 years of business, and many referrals, I would have thought that I had just a little credibility. That left a bad taste in my mouth (forgive the pun). So I found another dentist. Now my granddaughter needs follow-up work. We requested her records be forwarded. The new dental office says all they received were one set of xrays that are unreadable. No written records. No description of the work performed or the reason for inserting a temporary tooth.
I have always tried not to write reviews while I am angry, but when it comes to my 9 year old grandchild, I can get mad.

I have been going to Dr. Kaur for seven years. I used to hate going to the dentist (bad experience in the Navy involving wisdom teeth extraction.) Under Dr. Kaur's care, I have come to enjoy my visits. Her gentleness, patience, concern and the high competence of her technicians and staff have allayed my fears. I recommend her to all friends and family!

My husband and I always like going for our annual check up to Dr. Namrata. Dr. Kaur is very attentive to details during every visit. She gives a very constructive feedback and recommendations regarding our health. As the result of our three-year with Dr. Namrata, we don't have any problems with our health. Slowly but surely Dr. Namrata helps us with our decision regarding implants which has been on our agenda since last year. We like that she never pushes us to make quick decision.
